Must had gone on a bad day. The meat was under cooked no gravey inside, the pastry was chewie and parts was doughy. The liquor was tasteless the mash tasted like it was mixed with smash. I'm a tower bridge man or goodards at Greenwich. Such a shame heard it was good and reading the other reviews I can only assume it was a bad day.

Owner could be a bit more cheerful or he simply don't like me and I don't even know him but food was good love the liquor spicy vintage could be stronger and pies a bit less gravy inside but overall a good pie and mash experience

Fantastic traditional pie and mash, with liquor or gravy and the best authentic dine-in the match. Crisp and dense pastry make it a proper pie. An absolutely must try.

Having tried other pie and mash shops, this branch is not good. The pie has strange looking meat. Also parts of pie seemed cold. The mash is alright, but liquor too creamy and thick, not 'runny'. Overall bland.
