Practical Car & Van Rental Harrogate

Very pleasurable experience. Peter was very warm and friendly. We rented a midi van and when we found that it was too small to carry our single bed frame, we called him and he changed it to a bigger van without charging us extra! That was so so good, and immediately told me he was all about customer satisfaction rather than money. Of course we went next day to rent another van as we still hadn’t completed the task. We needed the van for an extra day and called again, and it was easy and quick to extend the rental. The vans are new and drive great. Overall very pleased and would recommend.

Excellent service all round. Very efficient booking process and all paperwork dealt with quickly and effectively. The van was spotless and had just 1k miles on the clock. Peter was great to deal with and couldn't have done anything more. First rate, and I'd gladly recommend Practical any time.

Extremely pleased with the service when I hired a LWB Transit for a house move. The van was in excellent condition and any issues were clearly identified prior to me taking it on. Peter was very professional and even offered to stay late if I was running late with my return. Highly recommend and will use again.

Excellent service between Christmas New Year period! Hired a Luton Van for 3 days. Great condition vehicle and reasonably priced for the hire period. Peter (Manager) was super flexible with drop-off and collection timings which helped a great deal. Would defintely use again and certainly recommend to others.

Excellent service from Pete in Harrogate. Very easy to book van hire over the phone, prompt pick up with run through of van's features. Very new van and no problems experienced during hire period. Professional and friendly service with competent, knowledgable team. Nothing too much trouble and advised and assisted in understanding the van that I was hiring. Rang on the 2nd day to request a 3rd and was dealt with efficiently. Return of van gave a prompt service with no challenges or issues. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again when a van is next needed.

Having had such a great experience with Practical the previous time that I used them, I had no hesitation in contacting them again when I needed a van to help someone move house. The vehicle, service and standards were every bit as good as the last time I used them. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter and Practical.I hired a van from Practical on December 8th to take some household items to the waste recycling plant. Having shopped around on-line I found that their rates were the best. The van was new and I had no issues with it whatsoever. Their location at Cardale Park is convenient and easy to access. Customer service was great and I was made to feel valued as a customer. If I need to hire a van again I will definitely be using Practical.
