EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER! I arrived 5 mins before closing and was told you ain't coming in

Decent little store with most of the essentials you’re looking for.Though, when I popped in recently, I was served by Eileen- a lady with a face like a slapped bottom, who’s essentially just Old-Rose from the Titanic, but without the glamorous backstory, priceless diamond necklace or intimate knowledge of Leonardo DiCaprio.I thought at first that she was just having a bad day- which I hate to see, but when I tried to lighten the mood by making a joke about the cheesecake and wine I was buying, she didn’t so much as crack a smile; instead, her eyes bore into my soul as she proceeded to look at me like I’d just taken an unexpected dump in the bagging area.I hurriedly paid and left the store, scarred by what can only be described as a ‘nightmarish experience’.5/5 for stock, but 1/5 for Eileen. However, at least if she snuffs it anytime soon, there’s room for her in the freezer, next to the Ice-Pops and Chicago Town mini pizzas.

Third time I buy electric cigarette on that shop. 6 puff and empty. Chinese QC.

Not really happy with this store, some of my things have been substituted without my knowing and instead of substituting chicken with another form of chicken they give me honey roast ham….witch I can’t eat as I am allergic to honey! I understand if things are not available you let the person know don’t sub it for something the person might not be able to have!

Been a customer here since 2015. It is a really good shop, a little overpriced but that's expected from a shop that needs to pay their employees. They have a vast selection of items ranging from Alcohol, to Salads, Chicken, Crisps, Chocolate. You name it, they got it. Overall it's really good but overpriced a little too much for me

We don;t do parcels between 5 and 6" I was told when trying to collect from the counter. This isn't advertised anywhere

Very very rude customer service at the post office, older lady with short gray hair was so rude she didn't even say hi, thank you or bye even once. If she's moody because she has to work then fire her. Moody cow

Extremely disappointing customer service from colleague Gemma.Very aggressive towards customers even if you have been regularly using them for years. Little to zero effort or acknowledgment. I believe she is a ‘shift leader’ which is concerning her customer service skills need reviewing with immediate attention. SMH!!!
