Love this company! The staff are amazing and always accommodating.

I would never go back to this florist. The person working on the Friday morning 05 May had no clue about customer service. She did ask me what I wanted without a good morning & when I told her I was after an arrangement she just continued tidying the shop. She then proceeded to walk around me asking me if she could get by. There was no discussion on what was the occasion or what flowers I would like .. I then asked if the arrangements that I could see was all that they had and she grunted something... not quite sure what I had to ask her to repeat... For a person of an older age group I expected some courtesy and customer engagement. I felt like I was interrupting her . So instead of giving my money to Doris I drove to Rowan Road and found an intimate florist by the cemetery whom was only too happy to assist me and made up a beautiful arrangement and it was great value for money too.I would have awarded NO STAR but Google does not appear to allow me to post my review without adding at least one.. that is the only reason the star is awarded.

Rang on a Friday to ask if shop could make up an advent wreath the same as previously made last year [which was beautiful]. Really unhelpful staff said they had no Christmas materials in stock !! .... seemed extremely reluctant to want to help and will not be using Doris again !!

Asked for a quote for a bouquet over email with an image to guide, chased up but never heard anything so went for The Flower Sanctuary in Balham instead who were superb

I would not recommend Doris Florist...the bouquet I ordered for a special friend for her birthday at £42 had x6 roses and 4 fressias and some green leaves. So disappointed and embarrassed. Better to order from M&S or other respectable Florist services.

Dillusional prices, rude staff and poor quality flowers, it's a wonder how they stay in business, (must be from online order who don't know!). £50+ for a pathetic bunch of flowers is a joke. Avoid avoid avoid!

Wonderful bouquets

Doris is my favourite florist over the last 10 years. They do beautiful funeral wreaths that last a long time, ‘The gates of Heaven’ are my favourite. The wreaths are great value for money, and there’s free local delivery.

Called to enquire about flower headbands for 4 little girls. Very rude in the first instance. They asked where the wedding flowers were coming from and I advised this was not needed (I didn't get given a chance to go into details that my allergies are so bad I cannot have flowers). They clearly told me this wasn't worth even quoting for then and they didn't want my business. I will now ensure that I tell everyone that this place is not worth giving any business to!
