Revisiting after 4 years. It was so good however it wasnt as good as last time. We had the chicken pitta ok, but it was very expensive with not much chicken and loads of salad. Staff friendly and helpful. Offered to top up the tea pot.

Lovely cafe with a really good menu selection. Usually one or more gluten-free cakes on offer too. Service was very friendly. Sat outdoors as the weather was good, plenty of outdoor seating and in a lovely peaceful setting.

Great local beer sitting in sunshine today Lovely shop selling cheeses and other delights Shame many of the other shops closed but it was a Sunday This place is a delight when it has its monthly food or other markets Plus a bit of local history to wander around

Visited on a Sunday morning. Food looked good. And large sausage roll very good. But nearly didn't stay as not the most welcomed I have felt at a deli counter. The little shops there worth a visit. They are much more welcoming. Happy to spend my money with them.

We’ve been to Creake Abbey a few times when visiting north Norfolk. It’s a great spot for lunch or simply tea and cake. My wife and I visited for lunch last month and decided we’d share the antipasti platter, as I’d seen it served at another table and it looked amazing. It was only upon ordering it that we learnt it was £26; there was no price on the menu. While it was very nice and beautifully presented, it was more than we’d anticipated spending and probably not worthy of such a high price point. That being said, it won’t stop us returning to Creake Abbey for its delicious food in the future. We’ll just avoid the platter next time (even though it was lovely).

+Converted new-ish built barn through the back of the farm shop, lovely airy layout. Nice choice of furniture, nice lightly coloured décor.+Gorgeous view of outside through the large double glazed windows+Water buffalo burger was nice. Not dry but not the best I’ve ever had. Homemade coleslaw.+Great use of locally sourced ingredients/products e.g. Norfolk Ales, Norfolk ham.+Friendly and helpful staff+Large choice of teas, coffees-For the price I definitely would’ve expected hand cut/homemade chips, not cooked from frozen (£11.95 for burger and chips)-Burger missing the bacon as listed on menu-Very limited choice of drinks. Only cold drinks are still/sparkling water (£2.20 for a small), apple or orange juice, coca cola or diet coke. Would’ve liked to have seen milkshake or J2O’S available.-Overrated. I feel the café had been hyped up and was slightly disappointed, wasn’t as glamourous as people had said.Wouldn’t say it was child friendly, wouldn’t say a child would enjoy anything offered on the menu or the drinks. However, it was nice to find a café that wasn’t packed with children, was nice and peaceful. Price is on the higher side of average although we have been to pubs that cost slightly more. If you were walking around the abbey and needed a break for tea or coffee, then yes, we would stop by. But wouldn’t go specifically for the café. Don’t think we’ll be using the café again unless looking around the abbey and had no other options.

Lovely Sunday roast, one of the best we've had eating out! The size of the Yorkshires were impressive
