Picked up my new bike from them yesterday (Friday 24th) and I can honestly say they and the bike has exceeded my expectations.Friendly helpful staff who couldn't do enough for me .Andy showed me everything on the bike and answered all my questions..The bike itself a Duke 390 was absolutely mint and the ride home was only spoilt by the 40 plus mph winds .Thanks for a great service and I look forward to seeing you all again in October when the bike has it's first service.

What can I say other than a huge thank you to the team at JD. Having set up on a world trip on my ktm 990 adventure. I arrive at Plymouth port and blow the clutch slave cylinder. The team at JD were amazing they had a new one in stock and drove it to me at the port along with gloves, oil, towel to help get the job done. They did this from call to delivery in 30 mins. We suffered a puncture whilst out riding.Contacted JD who couldn't have been more helpful. They were the only bike outlet to carry the required inner tube in the Plymouth area. The workshop stopped what they were doing to get us back on the road.The staff couldn't have been more helpful, a huge thanks to Tracy's dream team.Andy Triumph Tiger

Great shop and really nice owners. My bike broke down near by, managed to make it to these guys and the mechanic fixed my clutch cable. Absolute life savers!!
