Previous tenant - I was with HomeXperts for 2 years.Super easy move in, house was spotless when moved into the property.Any maintenance jobs were handled quickly, the maintenance people were always very friendly and quick.Checking out process was easy and straight forward, as well as return of deposit was handled quick, as well as a couple small deductions were made which were very fair and were not costly.Again thank you Jason for & your team making my tendency comfortable and super easy.Very good agency!!!!Thank you :)

We have moved out a couple of moths ago from a property managed by HomeXperts. We have been tenants in that property for around two and a half years. We were quite happy with the way they managed the it and our tenancy. They were always professional, responsive, helpful and quite discrete when carrying out property inspections. We mostly communicated with Jason and Jordan Barnett and they were always helpful in every way even after we have moved out and had some parcels to pick up that have been sent to the old address. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a peaceful tenancy.
