This company installed my new central heating system several years ago and have serviced it ever since. Jamie who runs it is very down to earth giving excellent advice when needed. His staff have always been pleasant, efficient and reliable. Workmanship is meticulous.

Excellent company all round - cannot fault them. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, hard working and courteous. We had a new boiler fitted, along with a new pump and valve. Everything was done well, with little mess, and all finished in a day. Anything on which we had a choice, eg boiler position, pipe routing etc, was clearly explained to us so that we could choose what suited us best. If we could give them more than five stars we would. LOOK NO WHERE ELSE; your be wasting your time. Had a oil boiler pump failure and James turned out a day early and his expertise was secound to none. Part ordered/deliverd next day and fitted. We've used First Call for 10+ years for everything from fitting a new boiler and radiators through to our annual boiler service. I've always found they have a friendly and responsive service and we're happy with their work.

Needed my boiler changed over as per my annual service by First Call. Have used them for servicing for many years, they are a local run family business and I would highly recommend them to everyone. I first used First Call Heating in 2006 for a major boiler upgrade. Their quote was reasonable & the work carried out in a tidy & timely manner. Since then the system has been on a monthly service & repair contract for a very small monthly outlay. I had the boiler renewed again in January this year, again with the same efficiency & tidiness. I would be very happy to recommend First Call Heating to anyone wanting a system upgrade.
