LR Land Rover

Tried to look for a Range Rover Specialist to assist with my new car, a RR L322. I called LR to discuss my car problem and was questions by an arrogant Eric who would not assist in my explanation of an issue. I was initially told to take the car to an MOT centre next door to LR for review the poor handling issue. Why would I take a car with an MOT to and MOT centre to get an MOT that I know would instantly fail because of the failed bushing?? Got a reluctant slot booked in for initial diagnosis, Called back to update Eric on what I had seen since going under the car. Explained the hub bushing has failed so instead of dropping the car off and be told the bushes have failed, I ask what options we had, could we possible order the parts and fit these and then have a review of the rest of the suspension. Again, Eric didn't like speaking to me, said again I'm not answering his questions correctly and then decided to state, 'We don't want to work with you and we are cancelling your appointment'. A did burst out laughing at this and hung up. I have had many older specialist cars from maseratis, BMW, Jaguars & motorbikes and over the years found great local specialist to work with and talk to and enjoy the car's we love and spending crazy amounts on money repairing and restoring. LR won't be helping with my L322. Shame, I sure he is a great mechanic.
