Ambleside Roofing

I first thought this company was excellent. Chris came to repair a faulty solar installation, and damage at our home, caused by another company. He did a great job rewiring the faulty inverter and promised to return and repair the roof. He sent a few texts and we had a few brief conversations in which he said he would repair our roof and refit the panels. Then he disappeared. I have been patiently waiting for months for him to finish other jobs, which said he would have to do before he could return to ours. But throughout this time we have since tried to contact his company more than 20 times and have left countless messages but they are never answered and our calls are never returned. I would have liked to have left a positive review but based on how much time we've wasted hanging on for him to finish the job, or at least have the decency to tell us if he is coming back, I can't.

Nearly run me off the road twice now on two separate nights with dangerous driving around the south lakes area.I’m a competent driver and was traveling at the speed limit if not faster when your van has tale gated me so badly that it’s almost caused an accident on two separate occasions lately. Sort yourselves out- with everything that’s going on at tho moment, that bullying behavior and disregard for people’s safety is shameful. I’m just glad it was me and not someone less confident on the road. One more incident and I’ll be reporting you; which is something I would never, ever normally do- but whoever is driving your van around the Windermere area at teatime-ish has a death wish or something. Needs attention ASAP

Chris and his team at Ambleside roofing prepared our roof for solar panel installation and did an excellent job. They were very efficient and friendly, and communications were really good as well. I would definitely recommend them.
