Vue Cinema Redditch
Lovely cinema situated at the top of Redditch's kingfisher shopping centre. There is a car park below with plenty of spaces the day we went. Access the cinema via an escalator and pay for your ticket at the sweet counter, a bit odd. The screen we were in had very comfortable seats with high backs. Great sound and nice wide screen. When the film is over there's a couple of fast food outlets just down the stairs to round off a good night or afternoon out.

Lack of people and atmosphere dampened a good film experience. It felt a little intimidating with so few staff about as well, especially when a group of 4 lads charged in without paying and ran about finally exiting through the screen we were watching.

Vue Cinema Redditch
Took our grandson to an under 5s kids showing of Bings Christmas. It was played as loud as adult experience. We managed to stay an hour but not watch full show as it hurt his ears and he was shouting too loud nanny. Luckily we put his ear defenders on which helped us get an hour there, which was 20 mins of bing as the rest was the adverts blasting at us. Great Cinema, but for under 5s this was too loud!!!. Turn it down please!! We won't be back with the kids, staying with the Theatre for the wee ones, much more enjoyable. Such a shame.

Always an easy and pleasant place to visit.We frequently use this one as the others are quite a distance if we didn't have it!!Yes, queues are annoying when busy and a pre order system or Costa machine and popcorn dispensing facility would be easier to avoid waiting at busier times.Staff are usually helpful and friendly.Prices have been fantastic during the pandemic, keeping us going with something to do and look forward to.

There is something very wrong at this cinema! My Mom took a trip to Vue Redditch, to watch Cliff Richards. She was shocked by the state of the place, seats were old battered and ripped. The staff showed no interest in the paying customers, many of which were elderly and needed assistance. The lack of care was most apparent when the staff forgot to dim the lights for the film for the first 10 minutes. Then forgot to turn them back on at the end, not great for elderly people who couldn't see the steps, some fell over and hurt themselves. This shows a serious lack of care, respect and Health and safety! Very disappointing

So cold during a film I had to leave. Instead of heating on we had aircon on blowing freezing cold air! I’ve asked the staff member to put heating on but nothing was done. What a waste of money and time…

The cinema had good bits and bad. The seats were dirty with stains and the hotdog tasted 4 days old, the skin was chewy. The staff was friendly and everywhere else was clean. The screen itself was good.

Never to busy, always plenty of space. Staff are a friendly bunch. Snacks v.expensive as most cinemas are these days. Screens big, clean seats / toilets, and good rake on the seating g to give a clear view.

Vue, honestly? What is going on? I remember coming here with friends and always having a great time, but this place has become a mess!It’s definitely time to get some new seating, as we were hunting around for one that seemed even just the tiniest bit clean. Such a shame.

Cinema was clean, but looked like it needed a refresh. The movie was great, only 6 people were in there with us! Staff were friendly and it was easy to find and park.
