My partner and I held an engagement party at Binley Banqueting Suite earlier this year. Beautiful venue as the main hall had sufficient space, good and clean decor. Both male and female toilets were great, good amount of space and big enough for a large party. The owner was very approachable and offered his help until the final moment of the event for every minor detail I wanted to enquiry about and check with him. He was very informative and thorough.

Recently had my wedding there on the 29th of July. The venue is beautiful and offers a lot parking and Morden facilities. The staff is super friendly and responsive with reasonable packages and can accommodate different budgets. I would highly recommended...

Wedding 5th August 2023. We met Shingara atleast 10 months before the event. I recommend you do this as he starts to build an excellent relationship and understands your vision from the onset. He's very helpful and has so many ideas to help achieve your vision for the event. We went with all his recommended suppliers I.e. DJ, Catering etc...highly recommend DJ - Kollective Music.. he smashed it. Many thanks to Shingara and his team for making the event special.

The best venue in the West Midlands. The new renovation makes the venue look absolutely stunning and there is plenty of space in the hall and plenty of parking. Super thrilled having my booking binley banqueting suite, the staff where amazing and polite. Especially the bar tender he was so polite and helpful and gave impeccable service he deserves a raise . Thank you.

The events that transpired were deeply disappointing and unacceptable, demonstrating a severe lack of professionalism and a disregard for customer well-being.During my visit to the venue, I encountered a manager who displayed a highly inappropriate and aggressive attitude towards customers. Their body language and communication were threatening, making the entire experience uncomfortable and distressing. Furthermore, members of the venue's staff, along with the manager, behaved inappropriately by luring a guest, who was expressing concerns toward the service, into a closed room, creating an intimidating environment.To exacerbate matters, the staff initiated cleaning operations two hours before the scheduled closure, with guests still present within the venue. This act demonstrated a complete lack of consideration for the guests' experience and their right to enjoy the event until its conclusion, leaving me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.Such unprofessional behavior and the mismanagement of the event is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the venue. I sincerely hope that appropriate measures will be taken to address these concerns and ensure that future customers do not have to endure similar distressing experiences.

I'm pretty sure I ate the best curry I've eaten in a long long time, all part of their hospitality package. It was really authentic. The venue has been renovated and it has been done to a high standard. Well done.

I had an incredibly disheartening experience at this venue, making it one of the worst event experiences of my life. I strongly advise against choosing this place, as I certainly won't be returning.The day started on a positive note, a beautiful Saturday for a kids' party that we had booked from 11 am to 11 pm. We brought our own food and decorations, only relying on the bar for drinks. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when a staff member began taking food and candies meant for the kids without permission. Despite our requests to stop, the behavior persisted, prompting us to escalate the issue to the manager.Around 8 pm, the manager instructed the staff to start vacuuming the room, disrupting our ongoing celebration. Politely, I requested that they pause the cleaning, reminding them that we had the space booked until 11 pm and were yet to open the birthday presents. To my surprise, the manager responded aggressively, and matters escalated further when we retreated to the kitchen for a private discussion.Once inside the kitchen, the manager abruptly closed the doors, becoming physically threatening. Fearful for my safety, I found myself alone in a kitchen without cameras, surrounded by three staff members and kitchen knives. Fortunately, my wife intervened and opened the door, allowing me to escape the potentially dangerous situation.Following this alarming incident, the manager abruptly declared the party over, plunging the room into darkness. This created a hazardous situation for the children, who panicked in response to the manager's aggressive behavior. Sadly, my little one went home in tears.This entire experience was distressing for all of us, but the lasting impact on the children, traumatized by the manager's actions, is the most heartbreaking aspect of all.

The management and the staff are very good and very welcoming. we recently had a function here, and we were very very well looked after.
