£28 for 4 cones and a cookie thing. Overpriced, pricing not clear feel like we've been done over. Won't go back ever. No wonder it's always empty

Went there for the first time last night. Ordered a flat white which was similar priced to Costa etc and a one scoop waffle cone ice cream. The ice cream was fine, my son enjoyed it but the coffee was awful! Tasted like hot milk. Literally couldn’t taste any coffee. I was so disappointed. Considering it’s new, the place looked a bit sad too, display shelves just had a random bottle of Coke on or a couple of choc bars.

All the gelatos were melted and slushy but I didn’t realise until I’d paid. He poured it into the cone and I looked at him and said that’s melted I don’t want it and he tried to tell me it was the style of gelato. I walked it straight to the bin.

For opening recently the desserts were nice. We ordered the biscoff and white chocolate crepe and it was amazing. the waffle needed a bit more sauce otherwise nice. The cookies dough was nice too

This was the worst dessert that I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering. I should have really checked the other reviews before placing the order. The waffle was like eating sawdust with cheap chocolate sprinkles on top, and the cookie dough was the furthest thing from a cookie dough that I’ve ever experienced. It was rock hard, and closely resembled the aftermath of a cat that had eaten a vindaloo. Don’t waste your hard earned money with this place!

Worst experience ever. Environment was sad. Empty. Now I know why!Deserts are terrible. I had the apple pie with vanilla ice cream. The pie was, the ones that you buy frozen, it tasted like the ice from the freezer. The ice cream, nothing like a gelato at all.My son had a waffle, cheap chocolate and the taste of the waffle was horrible.My youngest son had a brownie with ice cream, the brownie was like a rock, he couldn’t even put the spoon inside.So overpriced for its quality and poor customer service.Cheap serviettes, they felt like plastic.

Took my grandchildren for a treat. The member of staff we dealt with was perfunctory. No atmosphere to the place. . No enthusiasm from staff. Not going back, ever.

Ice cream a bit runny, melted. Would not stay in the cone have to have it in a tub. There is a room to improve on service too. Very avg place.
