TVM Cheltenham

I needed a stairlift quickly after breaking my hip (in a fall on the stairs!). TVM Cheltenham had one up and running within a month and I love the freedom it has given me. The lift works well, and it was a pleasure to have Ben in the house when he came to quote, measure up and install.

I had a stairlift fitted on friday 10th November. By a lovely young man named Ben. I was very apprehensive at the thought of having another piece of my independence taken even tho i knew i needed it. From the minute Ben walked into the home with his jolly polite attitude. He made me at complete ease he explained everything in detail he cleaned up after himself and then it was time for him to see me use the aid . He could see the worry in my eyes as i am not a small lady the seat belt didnt quite fit as I have a large hernia He told me not to worry he told me not to panic and said there would be a solution all in all the experience was made so much easier i rate Ben as a asset to the company i am very pleased with my stairlift and my life is already so much easier. And so glad that tvmc got the quote thankyou so much mrs Christine Lander.

Thank you so much for quick response . My disabled daughters stairlift broke down meaning she was confined to the bedroom for a week and a new one fitted today .. the fitters were brilliant and kept us up to date all through . This is the best company by far . My daughter is now happy being able to come downstairs so thank you Ben and John ...

TVM were great from helping us choose the right stairlift to suit our needs, through to installation. Ben was knowledgeable, helpful polite and friendly. The stairlift was installed on time and we were shown 1st how to use it and then Ben got my husband try it. He cleaned up after and said if we had any questions after he left etc, not to hesitate to phone them. Would highly recommend Ben and this company.

A nice man called Ben came to my mum's house to repair stairlift. He went above & beyond to assisst her in every way. A really good worker. A very caring man. Well pleased& so grateful to meet such a nice man. Many thanks

A good experience from the initial visit to the installation. I have a difficult staircase and was very doubtful that a stairlift could even be fitted. It is now installed up and running thanks to Ben, brilliant friendly service.

Terry Harmony repaired my through floor lift & he was very meticulous until it was perfect. He was very polite, explained what he was doing, for which I thank you Terry. He knows how I depend on my lift & he sorted it.i would definitely recommend TVM to anybody who needs repairs. I have my Independence back again.

I cannot praise this company enough for their services. I had a problem with my stairlift and Ben came to fix it, it wasn't without it's challenges but he persevered and spent hours sorting out the problem. I would highly recommend TVM.
