7 or 8 times visited my property to clear out bed bugs but never being able to resolve the issues. Still lots of bed bug around. Sent them videos and call them but never responded after 7 or 8 visits. Now hopeless what to do?!!! Completely time and money waste.!!!

This is a professional, reliable company who dealt efficiently with the problem of mice in our house. I would whole-heartedly recommend. They did a thorough job and were extremely pleasant and sensitive to our horror which, luckily, they did not share.

Spoke to Lesley on the phone to arrange the service. Lesley was extremely friendly and helpful and booked us in for a bedbug extermination that weekend! Explained clearly what we had to do and got it all booked in. We then had the exterminator come over and do the first extermination and leave notes in what he had done. I then booked in the second extermination, again through Lesley, done very quick and easily and the same with the third. Sadly this didn’t kill them off but we had got a 6 week warranty so they came back and did a fourth, with a different person as the exterminator, this seems to have done the job. Really friendly and useful company and a great price. In between we did have to do a lot of our own killing and work but bedbugs are terribly hard to kill!
