I cannot praise Castledene enough for the brilliant service. They helped sell our mams bungalow when she moved into a care home. They were understanding as it was our family home and it was upsetting to see it go. Alex & Charlotte kept us informed throughout the sale, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We met with a few different agents and we just liked Alex from Castledene the best, he was friendly, relaxed, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. Charlotte has then handled our sale and has been a superstar, so kind and friendly and helpful, and her dedication managed to get our house sold super fast, it was up for sale for just over 2 weeks. The whole process has been a joy, it's not felt stressful as everyone has been so nice. Cannot recommend castledene enough, thank you so much!

Original 1star review was for Castledene lettings and their appalling way of treating tenantsNow changed to 3 star as Holbrook seem to actually get stuff done and push landlords to do repairs.Back to 1 star as nothing seems to have changed as I'm forced to live in a house with mould in several rooms, flooring that hadn't been put down properly and is dangerous, and a front door with a loose frame.
