I've been researching beds for weeks and just as I was about to order, a friend sent me Laura's mobile number. I sent her a message and went back and forth for around 10 minutes and she sussed out exactly what I wanted. I needed a bed ASAP and it was delivered and in my room in 4 days, so swift, so easy. Laura knew what she was talking about, a real pro, so it was so simple. I now wake up every morning thinking: Must message Laura and tell her how wonderful this bed is, I had my Emma mattress already but with the divan base Laura supplied, it is by far, the most comfortable and cosy bed i've ever had, bit too lovely, and I'm struggling to get to work on time as it's just pure heaven. I would highly recommend this company, I'm a very happy customer!

Just used this company, called at 9:30am for a mattress and it was delivered not long after, exceptional service, friendly and reliable. Will definitely be using North London Furniture again.

Bought a bed from here about 10 months ago and already it is falling apart. First off they delivered the wrong colour to what was ordered then said that they no longer had the colour we wanted. They never offered us a refund or partial refund after speaking with the owner. We had no choice but to accept the wrong colour bed otherwise we would have been stuck without a bed for a few nights.Secondly when we overlooked this, the original delivery had parts missing. They refused to believe this and advised that everything was in the box. After contacting them again they left us on the line while they were talking in the background like it was a joke. Eventually someone from the store returned to our home with 'the missing part' they finally acknowledged. It was two small planks of wood he bought that didn't even look like it belonged to the bed.They drilled these to the centre base of the bed however now the wood has fallen off and the screws they've drilled don't even fit this properly (photo below).Avoid buying a bed from this company. We were loyal customers and had bought other items from this store before without a problem but on this occasion they really let us down and failed to resolve the problem.

Mark and Laura were kind and helpful. Stopped in after a mattress we ordered elsewhere failed to show up. They helped us find something that worked for us and delivered the same day. Very happy.

lovely furniture, great quality and extremely affordable. i had a bed from them that lasted almost 5 years (still in great condition) went back to buy more. they have beds, cupboards, chest of drawers, sofas etc. all for very affordable prices.
