Its good but tables are left un-cleaned because the lady's are too busy serving customers. You have to angrily manage the best you can to avoid dirty and sticky residue.

Good value food with prices really fair.I ate in and it was comfortable and quite clean and the staff were very help and friendly. They advised on meal deal options which can be a saving however what I chose was not part of that.

Tried four Gregg's to try and get a vegan steak bake and after two vegan sausage rolls from two separate places I managed to get one. I can't believe how many Gregg's there are in Sunderland City Centre. The problem was that I tried three and got the same message or sign. Hopefully the other Gregg's should have vegan steak bakes soon but only selected stores had them in stock. The vegan steak bake is delicious and well worth the wait. I remember the normal steak bake, before I became vegetarian and they were quite similar.

Love the food and the staff are brilliant make you feel welcome and as if your in the kitchen the great sense of humor aswel keep up the great work during this pandemic they need a pay a rise aswel as all the key workers

Probably the worst Greggs going.The staff here have no idea how to manage stock replenishment.Multiple times a day I visit to find various products are unavailable. When I enquire how long it will be until products are replenished I am often advised that they have none in the oven.I understand that products can sell out at peak times; however, there is no excuse for ovens not to be cooking products that have sold out. I also encounter this issue at off-peak times.Also, some staff are very rude.

Greggs is ideal to pop in for coffee n sandwich or cake. Is quite popular at lunchtime busiest then but sandwiches cake n drinks readily available to eat in or take away at reasonable cost.
