We had an installation at our campsite but after a year or so we had a few problems, after numerous calls that where not answered we had to find another company to fix and extend our wifi - If Mathew would respond to emails or calls it would have saved us money and time.In the end we didn't have any of the passwords so alot of equipment had to be reset and set up again.Thanks Mathew your service is appalling and I would warn others - Get the passwords from Him if not you could be facing a hefty bill

Matthew at Byte IT provides a really professional service. He supported us to get back up and running after a lightening strike fried our local network. We now have excellent Wi-Fi to all our cottages, despite their thick stone walls. I highly recommend Byte IT.

It is Saturday and the internet at my holiday let has recently gone down. I phoned Matthew for help, left a message , and he replied within 10 minutes, ON SATURDAY, so with his phone advice I have it up and running for our guests. Can't fault that for service, thank you. Chris Spink

Competent, knowledgeable and professional service. Matthew designed and installed a site wide 4G WiFi network for our caravan park and it has worked flawlessly since installation. Would highly recommend Byte IT.
