Storage King Bath - Self Storage Units

The whole experience of renting storage space at Storage King in Bath has been very positive: competitive pricing, friendly and helpful staff, easy access via a user-friendly app, convenient loading bay and corridors and lift that are spacious enough for easy manoeuvring. All good.

Some good and some bad points. The good: new modern, all the tech worked fine, good customer service when setting you up. The bad, make sure you get your timing right and don’t tell them you’ve moved all of your stuff out. You have to give 2 weeks notice so do it 2 weeks before the end of your contract as it will automatically overrun. (Unless you need longer) I actually cleared my stuff out before the end of the 2 month period so it cost me an extra week, I thought I would utilize the storage but because I had said it was empty I was no longer able to use (even though I’d paid) - trick here is to say nothing. Also definitely take your own insurance rather than the insurance offered, it’s about 90% cheaper.

I went in to see if I could extend my storage unit for an extra month after struggles with student housing. Despite it being quite short notice, Jane was extremely helpful in setting me up for another 4 weeks. Not only was she understanding, she also applied a discount for my second month for me that I had missed out on by only having a month initially booked. Jane has relieved a lot of stress and worry by doing this and I am eternally grateful! Thank you Jane!

It in a really convenient location, with plenty of parking, just behind M&S. The rates are extremely reasonable and the receptionist is very helpful. They had a selection of size units, and I found the perfect one. They are very flexible on the times, making it all very easy. I would definitely recommend here if you needed storage in Bath.

Incredibly impressed with the facility and staff here. New site, incredibly clean and well laid out. The staff were knowledgeable and patient with out questions. Using the unit as small business storage and the fees are very competitive. Thoroughly recommended A++

We're using Storage King for business purposes, and the service we have received has been great. Jane in particular, and Sharon have both been very helpful and accommodated our needs very well. Would highly recommend. The mobile app works well and is simple to use. We receive notifications whenever it gets overridden (when we get deliveries for the unit, and aren't there) which is especially helpful.

From the first time I called direct from Asia and spoke to Sharon and Jane at the Bath location, service was excellent. Storing belongings always brings its concerns but these two professionals made the UK move seamless and stress-free. Jane in particular is a pleasure to deal with in person, friendly, professional and takes pride in a real way with client relations.
