Phenomenal customer service from Craig and Ashley. Craig in particular went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with my new vehicle and familiar with its features and functions.I'd thoroughly recommend this dealership for a no-pressure, consultative approach to car sales.

I have just bought my very almost new Nisson Note here a week ago.The service was second to none.The staff were also second to none. You were not swooped upon like some Garages it was a very natural introduction from the staff and the were most helpful and I formative.I picked my car up a few days later and it was immaculate as though it had just come from a showroom.The sales man Ashley went more than the extra mile to connect everything for me.Welldone everyone you are A star in my list .Thank you

Can't give zero stars so one it is. Initially was not impressed at the trade in they gave us for our old Corsa against a 1-year old Qashqai. Now 2 years on, the now 3-year old Qashqai has failed spectacularly, with an internal gearbox malfunction that requires a new gearbox and clutch. The service team here refused to take the car in, and the sales team are doing everything in their power to wash their hands of me, insinuating that because the car is no longer under warranty they are not liable for any costs. This is incorrect, under the consumer rights act 2015 a car that is not of sufficient quality or durability (and I think reasonable people will agree that a gearbox that fails after 3 years and 36k miles is not of sufficient quality) the buyer has up to 6 years from the date of contract to request a repair or replacement from the dealer. Buyer beware: I'd add to that, go elsewhere.

Thought I would take a few moments to complement the excellent service I received by Colin Appleyard Ltd Nissan dealership, I reserved the car I was interested over the phone after talking through my requirements and because I live quite far from the dealership, details were sent via email and was kept in the loop with regards next steps and to arrange a collection date etc….unfortunately due to a change of personal circumstances I could no longer proceed with the purchase and after explaining the situation, without any fuss I was refunded my deposit, even though there would have been time spent preparing the car etc, I wasn’t charged or out of pocket and this was very kind as this was not down to the dealership why I changed my mind, I can honestly say this was a very pleasant experience and I would have no hesitation recommending or dealing with Colin Appleyard Nissan in the future. Once thank you for your understanding and a fantastic customer service experience. Keep up the good work!

My daughter took her Qashqai in to have a fault identified. They didn't fix the fault, but told her she needed 3 new tyres and a new rear wiper blade. The car passed it's mot 4 weeks ago, so not true.

Took our new Qashqai into Appleyards for first service, the lovely Sammy saw everything went like clockwork. Courtesy car ready and waiting and during the service period, a live video of service being carried out - very impressive! Car ready in 3 hours.

Bought New X Trail 23/3/20. A problem occurred on 20/2/23 warning lights etc car going into limp mood , Rang service at Colin Appleyards Keighley to try to book in for to get problem sorted , Service Manager said can’t book in until April , I explained Warranty ran out on 23/3/23 he said I would have to pay for problem sorting after that , so luckily rang a Bristol St Motors Bradford , got warranty work sorted within a week, which was Great, so Colin Appleyards not at all helpful , Shall not be buying any New Motors of this so called company again . They were great when I was buying this £30 k motor , so after sales service o star rating

We recently purchased a used car from Colin Appleyard's. Shortly after taking delivery it became apparent that the vehicle had not been maintained as per Audi's service schedule. Fortunately this issue was quickly resolved at considerable expense to Colin Appleyard. Service like this is what I would expect from a family run business, however it is something that I would not take for granted. Many thanks to Jack and Ashley for keeping us happy with our purchase.
