It was a great experience renting a house; hassle-free and easy process to get my deposit back after. Lovely people and very understanding.

This agency is run by the most unprofessional, lazy, bunch of liars!! We take care of the property very well and pay rent the time. We have been tenants for almost 10 years. The previous agency was good , but this new agency is appalling! God forbid we have an issue with the property, because it will take months to get back to us, if lucky. Otherwise, they wont get back to you at all! The carpet needs to be changed cos its over 10 years old, and my mother had a fall due to lose carpeting, but still they wouldn't address this issue.

Mr Latif helped us to such an extent that his assistance seemed like a miracle. He had the wisdom and the kindness to deal with a unique situation. MoveUp really helped us when it seemed the entire world wasn't available to help. Thanks to Maruf as well!

This is the most disgusting letting agency I know… so unprofessional.. after viewing the house, I showed interest by sending an application but I never got a feedback positive or negative.. nothings at all…

I asked the estate agent for a property he spoke to me very politely and tried his very best to get me a property. However he never had the property for my requirement. He will let me know that if a house comes he will be giving me first priority to view the property.

Avoid at all costsThey send you to see a property and its viewed with the. Tenants still in once. You give. Them a list of repairs that need doing they scrap your application feed you a bunch of lies about how there talking to the landlord about it etc etc then when you call back its let they say the landlord looks through all the applications and picks one at random yeah whatever guys at least. Have the balls to tell people we'll you wanted repairs doings before you. Moved in so we let it to someone who wants a smells damp house needing a new boiler and repairs that there not bothered about what a joke this place is and then the property is still on there website there Huddersfield and Bradford office don't know what they have to let or what's to let or gone

Great letting agents..smooth transactions from renting till I moved out and got my deposit back with no hassle. I recommend!
