These people are there when others can't or don't help and you don't know what else to do or where to go,They don't know you but are there for you 24/7.

If I could give zero stars i would. Been number 3 in line for an hour also if you are unfortunate enough to get Rachel she will tell you you're just not trying hard enough" that's a direct quote. Would be ironic if she found herself in a crisis and got that response."
