I went to Ted Baker as to needed tomreturn a bag which was purchased for Christmas that had developed some faults (I would expect a lot better quality from a brand like TB)The lady in the shop was brilliant and completely agreed that the bag should not have started to break after just 4 months and agreed to exchange it with no fuss.

This store is inspired by its manager Andy, who's sense of attention to the individuals requirements, is second to none. Of all the shops in Nottingham, I have not experienced somebody who really cares about the customer as he does. I don't know what it is with shoe shops but been having problems. My wife bought some ex-display shoes, that she has tried and worn extensively around the shop. Having tried them again at home, she decided to return them. As it usually is, I was tasked with this. The manager refused to process the return as the shoes had some scuff marks on the soles. I tried to explain that these were worn around the shop by many people, but they still haven't accepted the return. Very disappointing.
