Harbour Quay East Car Park
Car park can get full quickly especially in the summer months. It has direct access to the beach which has a refreshment kiosk at the entrance to the car park. There is a public toliet across the road from the car park which is always handy if your spending a day on the beach.

Spacious carpark really close for the start of the beach and sand dunes. All day parking for £4.20 using the RingGo app.There is a few quite deep potholes at the entrance but aside from that it is well kept. Close to public toilets and also a food/icecream kiosk which was closed I assume due to the time of year. Very handy for parking for dog walking, not busy at all obviously in high season it might get busier.

Handy car park at the opposite end of town to the pier so much quieter. Take away hot drinks and snacks by the car park entrance. Very reasonable parking charges. Download the RingGo app to make things easy.

Lovly stretch of sandy beach and dogs are allowed on this section of beach all year, one of Suffolks best kept sea side towns busy in mid season but well worth a visit ,unfortunately the antiques fair in the town got cancelled this year no idea why but the town its self is well worth a stroll round but please please people Southwold provides lots of litter bins please use them this is a beautiful area to visit so why spoil it with a minutes carelessness, keep it beautiful and find a bin for your rubbish

Harbour Quay East Car Park
Well placed car park for looking out over Sole Bay and the Sizewell Nuclear Power Station. Good range of ice creams available close by and public restrooms. Payment is the Ringo App which we had to download and it took a while to get it to work. Cost us £1.70 including text messages sent to advise when we were close to expiry of our parking time.

Good spacious car park and only 2 min walk to the beach but ticket machine is painfully slow and doesn’t take cards and mobile signal weak so using parking app also painfully slow - plus side is that it gives you extra time on your parking!

Harbour Quay East Car Park
Small and at the far end of Southwold but if you want it quieter or a nice beach then perfect. Also good for Costal Voyager, fresh fish and a great chip shop.
