Great store, very helpful lady (called Claudia I think?) checked for an align bra that would match with my define jacket and the first one she brought out was perfect. I’ve never been to a lululemon store before (I’ve only ordered online) and the helpful info given and calm environment, really eased any social anxiety I had about entering an unknown store. Thank you so much I will definitely buy from here again.

I gave 5 stars because of how friendly and helpful the staff is. Best staff in whole bicester village.

Very nice store, and helpful and friendly staff.The original price is very expensive but with outlet is very cheap compared to the original price.As well, when I went today they had an additional 20% off the OUTLET price which is very good!A pair of leggings that usually costs 70/80 pound was reduced to 39 pounds and then reduced by 20% to 31 pound approximatelyI am very happy with my purchases and visit at this outlet store.I hope to come back soon!

Staff were absolutely lovely and I got a great pair of leggings too. Faye (I think that was her name) was super friendly and helped me work out the correct sizing - the guy on the till was super friendly too (sorry didn’t get his name)

I love the brand Lululemon and have always received fantastic service and energy in the normal stores but in this outlet I felt unwelcome and more like a nuisance.The staff where leaning over me to hang up clothes (at first I thought it was an unaware customer but was very surprised to see it was a staff member). It happened twice by different staff members and it made me feel like I was always in the way, rather than a customer.Staff members talking amongst themselves with no eye contact or offer of help to customers (just my experience perhaps it was late in the day and they were tired?).The clothing presentation looks and feels random and messy I.e things aren’t ordered by colour or size. I do appreciate this is an outlet store so naturally they will have a wide variety of clothing items, colours and sizes and perhaps this can’t be avoided.I was so excited to visit this outlet store but due to the unwelcoming experience I would not return and do not feel like it represents the true values and essence of Lululemon. I still love the brand but won’t be returning to this store.

Famous brand for yoga clothes and sports clothes.Always smell nice when entering the shop.Staffs are nice and helpful they help me for finding my size that might keep in stock.Quality is soft and durable for wash.Love this shop, will come back.

UpdateAfter just 1 week. My clothes have started to fall apart. Amy, one of the staff members in store needs training. Rude. That is how she is.Took a massive fight to get them to replace the poor quality item they provided me with.I've never had this EVER with any other brand.FabulousUnder Armour didn't have anything that fit.I walked in to Lululemon and spoke to an assistant. (I had never heard of the brand until today)It's Canadian (I was pretty much sold immediately)The quality and the service I received was amazing. The sales assistants (all of them) were extremely attentive and friendly. Looking after me. That's what I want when I'm shopping. Ideas and inspiration and that's why I left with over £200 worth of sports gear.The quality is also amazing. I'm so happy I've found them :)Thanks to all!

I only recently discovered this brand and love the look of the items the prices in this store were definatly better than a non outlet one, however when i tried some tops on i really didn't like them they were unflattering
