Kind of been a family pub to us over the years. Nice venue. Not the biggest or the cheapest in town, but it's always the first and last pub I go to in town

Good jukebox, good choice of drinks, friendly staff and good atmosphere. They have started having a few singers and bands back and I have enjoyed all that I have seen so far.

Very clean and tidy pub. Limited drinks on offer but kept well. A quiet place not really suitable for children if only because the place is very small. No beer garden and no drinking outside so be aware of this smokers. A nice quiet place for a pint, no food served. The television is always on though not tuned to sports ever in my experience. I would describe the landlord as more professional than friendly.

A Guinness Review.I quite like this place, bit of an old fashioned boozer. Clean glass, staff were pleasant enough and took her time with pouring. When served it was as full as full can be, the top was thick, had to sip a bit off to do the tilt test and boy oh boy did it pass. Very impressive tilt. And no surprise, the pint was sensational. Slightly pricy at £4.20 but all in all a seriously good pint of Guinness.Recommended.

Pub 10/13 of our Golden Mile! Another gem that I will be revisiting! Waitress was incredibly friendly, even taking part in some little games and conversation between patrons as we sat at the bar. One of the boys practically throwing his money at people with little bets. Great stuff! Atmosphere and drink were great! Will be falling through the door again soon! Drink up, let’s boo boo!
