Shane from Arcitek has been very helpful throughout the course of planning for our house extension. He came round and we had a good chat about what we were looking to achieve and delivered some great plans for us, based on those discussions. We hit some bumps along the way with the planning authorities and Shane helped us to navigate those and made adjustments where necessary. Best architecture design

Working with Shane and his team we were able to reimagine what was turning out to be a bit of a catch-22. We were fighting two conflicting projects, a Kitchen refit and an extension.What Shane did was bring the two projects together in a way we couldn’t see on our own. Then with the way forward drawn up. We had everything we needed to apply for a Legal Development Certificate. Shane even helped us with the application.The projects all been approved and we will start the build spring 2024.Great support, and just at the right level.

We have a prominent grade 2 listed building on a high street which required a particular level of expertise to deal with local planning and conservation in order for us to meet the standards required to gain planning consent for the installation of dormer windows to our loft. Arcitek came recommended from our building contractor and have been hands on the entire time.
