Rutland Cycling Grafham

Visited the Grafham Water store today, after speaking to Jess on the phone. Jess (and all the staff) were simply awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Fab service and very lovely bikes purchased. Thank you!

Expensive, but generally good bike shop. Mostly pleasant, helpful people. Retired hire bikes are sold off here. Parking is free if you don't stay more than a few minutes.

Like many others right now, I visited the Grafham store looking for a new bike to get back into cycling. On my first visit the staff helped me narrow down my initial options based on the type of riding I wanted to do. After a week or so watching the website for incoming stock, my second visit was to try out the bike I requested and which they had managed to secure and build for me. The team also helped me pick out the basic accessories I wanted, without selling any unnecessary extras. They even helped me try out spd pedals in store because I hadn’t used these before. It’s difficult to find bikes right now and Rutland made this all surprisingly easy. I’m very happy with my new gravel bike and I would recommend Danny and the team as the people to visit for anyone looking for advice on their next bike purchase.

Had a great time cycling around Grafham on bikes hired from Rutland. Their bikes are really good and really well maintained and quite new and they take the care to make sure the seat is the right height and right frame size etc. Good customer service. Highly recommend!

I had ordered a very special limited edition Frog bike for my Grandson over the phone. On collection today I was pleased to be greeted by `Robin`; a man who gives exceptional service to his clients. As usual we had a full run down on the purchased bike and he gave me an excellent trade in value. I have always found Robin to be brilliant in every aspect and today did not disappoint me. HE may well have been disappointed as the last time we popped in he relieved me of just under £4K. Not so much today Robin!

The best bike shop in the world. Theses guys (Jess, Mike, Jim and Mark) know every detail of the bike world. They are polite, friendly and professional. Such a pleasure to go to this shop. Nothing is too much trouble. Plus, I think (having Googled a lot) that their prices (and they always have sales and reductions on products) are unbeatable. 100% recommended. Quick and professional service. I came in from one of Rutland Cycling's other stores which didn't have my particular frame size in stock. When I arrived, the bike was built and ready to be tested. I was seen to very quickly and had answers to any questions I had. I was in need of a few other bits and the staff were very understanding of my urgency and helped me appropriately. An hour later, I was blasting one of my local trails, reviving my love for trail riding. Thank you Rutland Cycling!

We hired an electric tandem from here for the day and had such fun. Luckily we watched a few YouTube videos beforehand as they didn't give us any advice on riding a tandem. The ride around graffham is great and the electric really helped on the hills!

Great service today. Called at 9.20 this morning to enquire about stock. Arrived at 10.20, to find bike had been charged and ready fir a test ride. Agreed to purchase, and a further hour later was loading the bike into the car after its PDI.Great customer service!
