Good facilities and easy access with good public transport links. To many areas like this are turned into housing estates well done to the club for keeping sport accessible and alive

They have a good place and club room with off road parking by permit. Cannot coment on the playing as we are with Spalding HC

The hockey club has recently been redecorated and refurbished. The facilitites here are excellent, including the club shop and they have a chef serving excellent food. My family have held several social occasions here and the atmosphere is great. Thoroughly recommended.

From the day I started at the club, aged 15, I was made to feel very welcome. I made the leap to hockey from football, and the kindness and sportsmanship of the sport really appealed to me.I was thrown in at the deep end, representing the mighty 7th XI in a hostile friendly against the vets, and haven't looked back since.The quick progression I made through the teams was largely due to the coaching and guidance I received very early on in my hockey career, with devoted coaches turning out 2 nights a week to teach youngsters which way round to hold a stick etc.Some 5 years on, and now at the ripe old age of 20, I have 3 years of 1st XI experience under my belt (including one season in National League), and have just moved to Barcelona to play for FC Barcelona Hockey Club. Happy ending, huh?!If you want to join a club that has very friendly people, both on and off the pitch, with a team dedicated to nurturing the junior talent they have at their disposal, then COPHC is the club for you.

Really friendly club with teams to suit all ages and abilities from top-class East Prem through to Veterans and beginners of all shapes and sizes. Junior teams of all age groups for boys and girls with plenty of junior age group coaching sessions from a team of talented young coachesGood to have a clubhouse right next to the pitch - nothing worse than a 5 mile drive after a game to get something to eat/drink or even shower.Full sky sports package makes Sat afternoons complete!
