Plastic Surgeon Fine Finishers

We damaged a work surface on our MotorHome and contacted Plastic Surgeons to see if they could help. As we were on the road, it was tricky to coordinate the repair but the office staff persevered and managed to arrange for a repair guy to meet us on site.At all times, communication was spot on and we knew exactly when the guy was going to come, including his name and reg no of his vehicle.On the day of the repair, Simon was efficient, friendly and courteous. He carried out the repair with a minimum of fuss and we are delighted with the result.Many thanks.

This lovely company sent out a Mr David Nicholls to repair a nasty long hairline crack in my ceramic sink. What a brilliant job, if anyone needs this sort of work doing please do not hesitate to contact them, lovely receptionist, lovely people. This gentleman should be on top money, and if not, why not, better give him a hefty pay rise before another company snaps him up, 20 out of 10. I will be recommending this company if anyone asks me my opinion.

Wickes provided a composite counter (supplied by Sheridans) we found an imperfection with the counter that Sheridans denied saying we damaged it and said we would have to pay for a new counter section to repair it. Wickes sent our Plastic Surgeons to repair the imperfection. We can not longer find or see where the imperfection ( even tried using touches or comparing with photos we took of the imperfection) was very impressed the counter is now perfect. Many thanks.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Plastic Surgeon came to my rescue after I burnt my kitchen worktop. I sent them a few pictures and they had a technician out to me within a few days. The repair is flawless and I can barely see the location of the original damage. I’ll definitely come back and use your services again in the future. Thanks

Overall, extremely unpleasant experience. Positives: very good organization - detailed emails, text messages. Very pleasant and polite on arrival. Negatives: for some reason the “plastic surgeon” Gareth tried to complete the job unreasonably quickly and was not preparing/cleaning the plastic surfaces to be sprayed over properly. When politely asked about it, he became quite aggressive saying that I should not intervene/ask any questions and only look at it when the job is completed. Otherwise, he would drop the job in the middle and leave. When I asked about the warranty, the answer was negative. Therefore, I believe, it was reasonable to ask for a proper surface preparation and removal of any debris and loosely bonded contaminants before spraying over with a paint. As this job was booked and paid through David Wilson Homes (their after sales care), the site manager arrived at the spot and instructed the “surgeon” to do the job properly. After he had left, one could hear lots of swearing, shouting and banging around the working area, extremely unprofessional and simply not acceptable. Despite all the comments and instructions from David Wilson Homes, the “surgeon” still painted over patches of untreated surfaces that are likely to peel off being exposed to outdoor temperature variations. This is our first experience like it … shockingly unprofessional behavior.

Absolutely brilliant,10/10,My ceramic bathroom basin was badly cracked due to dropping a glass bottle into it.The fine finisher (Stephen) called today & did an amazing job--you cannot see any sign of the original damage.I was not aware that this service was available and it saved all the work of getting a replacement basin,especially as it is a semi-countertop fitted basin.He was professional from start to finish--bathroom left immaculate,THANK YOU.

We received a first class service from this company from our first contact with them to the completion of the repair to our kitchen sink. The finisher, Paul Britten, who was carrying out our repair was professional, polite and pleasant, and his work was outstanding, he is a credit to the company. We would challenge anybody to tell us where the chip was to our sink, trust me, you will not be able to find it! We can not recommend this company highly enough.

Ref. 1165046 Service from Plastic Surgeon from start to finish could not have been better. First contact to estimate took minutes , email query was dealt with extremely quickly and well. The kind Girl/lady who dealt with our order and scheduling was excelent fitting in our repair before our paying guests arrived , at short notice,. (much appreciated ) and Christopher who did the job has done a fantastic job, arrived when he said and great work. The repair has competely restored the damage and looks like new. I was quite impressed with their pre repair security, telling me who would be coming, what time, what vehicle would be arriving and the repairers name, Robert. He arrived on time and filled the hole in our front door, even getting the grain effect, but unfortunately the final paint finish was not to the standard that I was expecting. It appeared the right colour green (Chartwell) was from only one angle only, which luckily is straight on but from any other angle, with the door open for instance, it shows a different colour . For the money I paid I was not impressed with the final result
