I wouldn’t give this company one star but had to to leave a review, never received hoverboard kept giving us date upon date that it would arrive so took up a dispute with PayPal which was then escalated to a claim, which this scam company then said they would send out today if I cancel claim!!!! Knowing damn well once you close a claim you can’t claim when it doesn’t turn up, nice try PayPal went in my favour so I’m getting money back, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

terrible company - don't buy from them. Bought my son's Christmas present from them. It worked for a couple of weeks and then stopped. I had to pay to send it back (£25+). they literally sent me the same unit back again. It worked for another week and then stopped again. I've been fighting with them since February to get either a new unit or my money back. Dreadful customer service - email communication only, takes a week at a time to respond and then just stalls for time. Now handed it over to my credit card company

I have just spent the morning in court, for claiming my money back through my bank as Gohoverkart sold me misbranded and faulty goods!Case was dismissed, within 10 mins as this company are quite clearly a shoddy, back street set up.Luckily, I'm not easily intimidated by fools.AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

The website said that the hoverkart and hoverboard would be delivered within only a day or so. Immediately after placing the order I received an email saying that because of Covid there could be a delay. Well, ok I thought, but perhaps by a few days. How wrong could I be. After 7 or 8 emails later and many promises of a couple of weeks, and some time after my 8 year old son's birthday it finally arrived. All in all about 6 weeks after placed the order. If you takes the money you have to deliver - this company left and 8 year old boy very upset when he didn't have it on his birthday. You should be ashamed! Change the wording on the website and be honest with your customers!

Avoid, words fail me at how poor this company are. Little to no communication promised 2 delivery dates since ordering, both missed, then the package would arrive together but arrived almost 1 week apart. If you could leave 0 stars i would.How can an order placed on the 15th November take till the 18th December to complete.I wouldnt mind if they had just been honest from the start. Lesson right there!!Item does look decent but I am sure there's easier options than using this company!!Again AVOID!!!
