Enterprise Car Hire - Aberdeen Airport

The attendant was lovely and very friendly. None of the tech was working and so we had to bounce between the hut, the main building and the car park a few times which slowed it down a lot taking near 25 mins to get our car. But service was fantastic as it wasnt her fault and the car was spot on.

I had a great experience with Enterprise at Aberdeen Airport. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my rental process. They made it quick and easy to pick up the car, allowing me to get on my way.Returning the car was just as smooth as picking it up. The process was quick and hassle-free, which was a big plus for me. Overall, I can't find any faults with my experience – everything went great.The staff were lovely their excellent customer service means that I would not hesitate to use Enterprise again when I'm in town.

Road assistance basically non existing on New Year’s Eve, after 2h screaming on the phone to hand-hold the operator and get something (was only a flat tyre, probably from a tyre damaged on the previous hire and never checked), I’ve been left alone at a tyre shop to pay for a £250 tyre myself. Still waiting for a refund, branch doesn’t pick up either phone or emails apparently. Holidays ruined and clearly will never use this company again.

After the recovery of our own car, the following contact, organising of the rental car and keeping us up to date cannot be faulted in any way. Collecting the car from two very nice and efficient guys was a breeze and I thank you for your friendly service at Dyce.

With reservation in hand, we started our summer holiday severely disappointed and out a LOT of money. The car we reserved was given away due to our flight delay. We wound up ina desperate situation, having to rent from another agency who informed us that overextending is normal business for Enterprise. The agent was kind as other reviewers report, but no thank you to “sorry, you’ll have to pay double for the same car hire.”

Don't answer phone - flight hour late don't arrive untalented 1115 after closing tried to call 5 times so far no answer. It's now 1740. Wanted to inform them and find out what can be done. They are no help at all if they don't answer the phone. Still no answer called 20 times - got a response on here asking me to share details. Will the office still be open? If not can I collect my car in the morning. Why is nobody answering the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Charged over $800 CDN for a tiny rock chip in the windscreen and over $50 CDN dollars for a parking ticket that we had already paid. They called it a “processing fee” but did not have to process anything as I already paid the ticket. Extremely predatory rental agency who is clearly trying to take advantage of international customers and gave 0 attempt to right the charges. The windshield was not damaged enough to warrant a replacement, and the replacement cost was 3x what it should be. The repair shop, insurance, rental agency relationship is clearly set up to prey on renters and charge exorbitant fees to helpless people.The scenery in Scotland sure is great though!

Rented a car while in Aberdeen and would definitely come back. Staff were particularly lovely and helpful! Easy rental process and nothing to complain about.

Recently had a very positive experience with Enterprise. I explained I had many hours of driving to do with two adults and a lot of luggage, they upgraded me to a larger vehicle than what had been reserved! Furthermore, the hire period over-ran and another driver took it on all was handled seamlessly. Thanks for everything.
