WED2B Birmingham (Shirley)

I went into the Shirley store on Saturday as a first time bride with absolutely no experience or any idea of what dress I wanted,I was a little bit nervous to be honest. I was greeted by a lovely welcoming smile from Laury.She explained the whole process to me and guided me through it all.She helped me pick the dresses if I needed help(which I did) but also let me choose my own.Thank goodness she helped me choose as the one she chose for me I actually ended up buying!!She made me feel so relaxed and confident in every way possible!Super friendly and very very knowledgeable about all the dresses and accessories. She really is a credit to the store and I definitely wouldn’t have said yes to the dress if it wasn’t for her.Thank you for helping me find my perfect dress!

What an amazing experience. Couldn't have had a better day. Chanel who fitted my daughter was absolutely so helpful attentive and totally made the day so pleasurable. We said yes to the dress and are so happy. Now just cant wait for the day. Many many thanks to wed2be Shirley Birmingham.

We came into the store late on Saturday afternoon after feeling very underwhelmed at a different dress shop. The lady that helped us (I think her name was Charlotte) was so kind and helpful - a completely different experience to earlier in the day at the different place! She let my daughter try on the flower girl dresses while we waited to be seen and also allowed her to rate my dresses on her tablet which was a nice way to keep my 6 year old engaged during what was quite a long appointment. Even though we were quite late into the store I didn’t feel rushed in any way. I left on Saturday torn between 2 dresses. I went back Sunday morning and was helped again by another amazing woman (I can’t remember her name sorry) and I tried on another few dresses to make sure I’d made the right decision. I can’t thank the people at wed2b enough. Every single person that we came across in store was so welcoming and helpful it was an amazing experience! Me and my daughter both said yes to our dresses and we’re super excited to wear them on my wedding day!

Absolutely wonderful service from Deb and all of the ladies there today. I came to the store today around 11ish with my mum and aunty. I was very nervous to begin with. Debbie was so bubbly, friendly and welcoming and put us all at ease. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that we had. I found my dream dress and said yes to the dress (still shocked at the price being so reasonable- £699 for the dream dress). It was such a smooth experience and we are forever grateful, Thank you so much for making this process so easy. Would 100% recommend and will hopefully be bringing my bridesmaids back for their dresses as so many options, styles and colours to choose from.

Honestly couldn't recommend more! I am a very self-conscious person, so the idea of trying on wedding dresses honestly TERRIFIED me! But the staff were all incredible, understanding, and very accommodating to my personal needs! Thank you so much to all of the Wed2B staff at Shirley today, you are all amazing and I can't wait to wear my dress in a couple of weeks!! Xx

Had the most wonderful experience at Wed2b.Debbie was kind, fun and really prioritised understanding what I wanted over getting a sale. Her manner really picked us up at the end of an overwhelming and frustrating day in boutique shops - we ended on such a high.Whilst I’m going to get my dress from elsewhere (I had a very niche dress in mind which unfortunately wasn’t on offer in wed2b at this point in time) she was by far the best stylist we saw all day, and has absolutely ensured that we will be back for all the finishing touches - veil, underskirt etc.Thanks so much for really understanding that trying on loads of dresses that you know you don’t like and won’t want is just demoralising. Our wed2b experience blew ‘posh boutiques’ out of the water. Thank you xxx

I can't rate WED2B high enough!I visited the Shirley branch on Saturday 2nd Sept and was feeling self conscious and dubious that I would be able to find a dress that suited me and actually made me feel pretty.The team were absolutely amazing! Michaela helped me find my perfect dress and was so helpful and accommodating. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I left the same day with my perfect dress!! I felt like a real Bride!All of the team were so welcoming and easy to talk to, would definitely recommend for anyone looking for their dream wedding dress!Thank you all again!

I attended the Shirley Birmingham store on Sat 19th Aug with my Mum & Sister. From the second we entered the store we were welcomed by friendly faces.We were greeted and signed in by Charlotte who was just the sweetest lady ever! I was super nervous and just by chatting to her whilst she was taking my details made me start to feel at ease. After a short 15/20 minute wait one of the ladies became free to help me look at dresses and try them on. This was the wonderful Debbie who I honestly don’t think I’d of got through the day without. She made me feel so comfortable and confident in the dresses I tried on, nothing was too much trouble and I’m extremely grateful for all her help, advice and confidence boosts throughout my time in store. I had no idea what I liked/didn’t like so I let Debbie take the lead and ended up purchasing the most beautiful wedding dress, underskirt, veil and belt. The dress isn’t a style I thought I’d go for and even looking at my chosen dress online it’s not something I’d of picked so this is my message to future brides - Be Open Minded and try on different dress types/styles even if it’s not something you’d necessarily pick.I left that store feeling on cloud 9 and haven’t stopped looking at the pictures since. Thank you Charlotte & Debbie, you are both a huge credit to Wed2b❤️

My experience at Wed2b was super. Channel was great. She really took the time to understand my requirements in a dress and the type of wedding we are having to help me find the perfect dress. She really involved my mum and daughter too so a fun afternoon was had by all. Thank you
