Incredible burgers! Would definitely recommend to go for the Bunreal fries, which are also a part of the chefs burger meal deal - unreal flavour!The only downside of this place is that they only accept cash, so be prepared not to get more hangry while searching for an ATM

First time trying it and I don't think I've ever been as disappointed in a takeaway, super chip tray squashed into a half a tray, 1tiny piece of pulled pork on the chief special burger, and their wings where like eating cardboard with sauce(definitely microwaved), definitely never going back

Best burger in Newry , sometimes has strange opening hours, but well worth the wait , their meal deals are excellent value

Have been multiple times and have enjoyed the food but the service recently has been awful. When making phone orders I have only experienced rude replies with no manners or thank yous and makes you feel awkward as will not reply to anything you say therefore you are unsure if they are even listening to you. Previously upon walking in I was rudely greeted with what felt like a sly remark, then receiving no communication at all so i didn’t come back for months. Today i decided to call in again after a couple months and see if anything has changed. Again, rude phone call as was expected and when entering there was a bag sitting on counter. I greeted the staff member with a “Well, how is things” followed by no acknowledgment. I then proceeded to tell them my order name, no reply. I then asked to pay with card and can i please have 2 cans of coke with again no reply. I paid and they walked off and did not mention the bag sitting on counter so I had to ask is this mine and all i received was a head nod and i replied with thanks very much, again no reply. Unfortunately the once nice food has also downgraded alongside with extremely rude and unwelcoming staff which makes me feel not welcome at all. Very disappointing, maybe some appreciation should be shown to customers in future.
