Went to a work lunch here, very nice pub with a small menu but very well done. All food arrived at the same time with no problems. Place was spotless.

Have never had a bad Sunday roast at the Eastfield! They provide good size portions with all the trimmings (cauliflower cheese is an extra) at a reasonable price. Best roast we’ve had since living in Bristol!

I've been here a couple of times over the past few years. Overall it is a really pleasant experience. Friendly atmosphere, staff are polite and attentive, and there is a lovely outdoor area with a pizza oven. It's quite picturesque. It has a relatively small menu, but in my experience that's a positive thing. They're more focused on the quality of the dish. The bigger the menu, generally, the more rushed the final product is. In this particular visit I ordered the fish and chips. What is seemingly a basic choice, it was delicious. If you're unsure of the more out there choices on the menu, this is a fantastic safe option for fussy eaters. The overall atmosphere is casual but classy. The menu and prices reflect somewhat of a place thats a bit more on the fancy side. I do think the prices are a little steep for what it is to where I wouldn't return on a regular basis, however for every now and then as a treat, I would recommend visiting.

Fabulously fake Tudor building on a 1950' scale. A purpose built pub decorated with taste and filled with locals. Good atmosphere and beers.

Me and my 5 year old visited today, around 5pm. Pub wasn't busy, sunny afternoon, lovely garden with playground - what else to ask for, after exhausting week at work? We ordered burgers and drinks, excited for our first eating out in months. Food arrived shortly and there it is: disgusting, overcooked and greasy chips, teaspoon size coleslaw and very simple burgers. We tucked in, as way too hungry and tired to chase waitresses and to complain( we sat in the garden ). Last bite and I found a small piece of a bone in the meat!!If it wasn't for my NHS discount and the fact, that my daughter had fun in the playgroung, I would have left furious! Instead, we tried to enjoy our rare friday afternoon out. More people arrived and their chips looked way better, I mean as chips should be! woah?!!On our way out, we finally bumped into the waitress to whom I have complained. She apologised, but didn't sound to sorry for our experience, so I just left it in there... Dissapointed, not satisfied and overall quite sad - tottaly don't understand what happened to this great pub, as it use to be?! Such a shame, we probably never go there again.

Went for lunch 4 of us (2 adults 2 kids)The pub is really nice. Bar staff are friendly. The pizza is bordering god tier good. The dough, the bake is perfection. Perhaps a tiny more mozzarella and oregano and we're there. My wife had the chicken wrap and as you can see well constructed and she confirmed was super tasty.I had the lamb burger and it was delicious and different enough from a standard beef burger.Chips were great. Could not stop eating them!

Held our Staff Christmas Party in the skittle alley on the 1st of December 2023. Kinitta and her lovely team bent over backwards to accommodate us - nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this venue.
