Trans City Škoda

Dropped off my car for a service at 9am. Went back at 4.50pm and still not started. However the staff were polite, apologized and made me tea. The car was finished by putting extra staff on it. I received a curtasy call the following day. I can't complain on the customer service received

I took my Skoda Fabia Estate in for an MOT a couple of weeks ago at the Skoda Trans City in Walthamstow, London. The MOT went well but I had another concern that required clarifying. Colin from management contacted me personally and helped resolve the issue. Very pleased with this personal service and very pleased overall with the services they do to my car annually! Thank you!

Could not be happier after buying a used car from these guys, as Australians we had no clue about anything relating to the uk world of buying cars, everything was explained perfectly to us by Kerry and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with while purchasing our car. The car had some issues within the first day of picking up but were very quickly rectified by the service team and again, fantastic to deal with. To Kerry and service team, thank you so much. Amazing to deal with people who care about what they do.

My initial experience with Trans City was great. But then I made the massive mistake of purchasing a car care plan. Little did I know how appalling the customer service could be. I bought a combined service plan and breakdown cover. Despite a clear written contract for this plan which I signed, a couple of days later the paperwork was emailed through to me with a completely different plan. Annoyed, I emailed immediately to get it corrected. Silence. I emailed again a few days later. And again. No response. I called. When I eventually got through, the team to correct things were unavailable, but would call me back. Once again, silence. By this time a couple of months had elapsed and I’d been paying for a policy which I hadn’t signed up to and didn’t want. I wrote to make a formal complaint. Finally I got a response. Only it was utterly inaccurate in several respects. Fear not, I thought, a clear letter detailing the litany of errors would sort things out. My mistake. The ‘final’ adjudication of Skoda financial service was that I would be held to the terms and conditions of a contract that I did not sign, with no refund for payments made. An immediate cancellation and an ex gratia payment of £25 was offered. I rejected it, explaining my rationale, simply that i never signed up to the contract they were seeking to hold me to. Too bad they said. Their decision was final. So, off to the Financial Ombudsman I will be going. If this sounds like your idea of fun, by all means purchase a car care plan from Trans City. However, I regret ever setting foot in here.

Went to this place for my motobility vehicle. Really lovely people. All very friendly & welcoming. Steve, who helped me with my vehicle is a really nice helpful chap who calmed my worries & carefully explained everything to me without me feeling rushed at all. I have never been into such a friendly car centre. Very impressed! & The flowers & wine are a really nice touch. Thanks for all your help Trans City

Fantastic dealership from start to finish. They gave me great service, nothing was too much trouble, the receptionists were great too.The vehicle was a really good deal and at one point the whole process was so straightforward and easy and the price so good I was wondering if it was all a big scam. But no, just an awesome dealership. Some good old East End charm as well.Definitely use these guys, they are brilliant.

I have been a customer of Trans City for 20 years + now and I have bought 4 Skoda vehicles from them in that time. I have got to know the staff there very well and each time the level of service and customer care is first class. I most definitely recommend the services offered by Trans City and each of the staff are professional, respectful and patient. There is no hard sell and the relaxed approach to sales makes it a pleasant purchase. Needed to get a car that was in the low emissions and ULEZ friendly category and Trans City did not disappoint. Thank you Warren for the bottles of wine, appreciated and a nice touch. My new vehicle which I'm very happy with. Services and mot's are usually turned around reasonably quickly (1-3 days) with the option of a courtesy car (if available). The work carried out is always explained before being done and clearly presented on the invoice. A few years ago when one of my vehicles broke down, it had to be towed to the garage. Trans City went over and above and immediately supplied a courtesy car to help keep me and my family mobile. Overall, I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere for a Skoda purchase and if the need arises would buy again. All my car services and mot's have been undertaken by Trans City over the 20yrs and I fully recommend anyone thinking of coming here for theirs to definitely make a booking. Just wanted to give a big thank you once again to Steve . He has been very helpful from the start of the process of getting a car on the mobility scheme, he kept me updated the whole way through and answered any question or worry I may of had. Also got a nice bottle of wine and flowers to go with the new car.
