Quote to replace a lock= £120-£190.Kieran couldn't fix it and left it inaccessible to my lodger. He told me I wouldn't be charged extra for not being able to do it.However, Tim charged £120 extra to let my lodger in later that afternoon.Bill was £432.49!I was not informed that it was going to be more than double the quote.I was charged for 2 1/2 hrs of carpentry at £30/hr =£75. I only booked a lock replacement. I have a handyman that would have done that at half the price!I was initially given 14 days to pay but when I queried the bill he reduced the paying time to 5 days.2 other quotes for this work were £70-£80.Tim offered me 10% discount but still wanted £389.24.He came and removed the door, and held it hostage until I was forced to pay. It was a very unpleasant experience. Do not use this company without a written quote. I have been left very shaken from the experience. He broke trading standards and will be reported.

After the lock mechanism failed on my front door, and I was stuck outside, Tim came to the rescue very quickly! He was very friendly, professional, and great value. I'm normally worried about the price when I have to call a locksmith, but it was less than I was expecting! Cheers Tim

My elderly grandparents had a Multilock front door which was difficult to operate as the key was sticking causing them worry. Kieran re-aligned the door and it was functioning as if brand new. Kieran also assisted in fixing a number of other doors in the house so they were all functioning properly and lockable. He was professional, carried out quality work and was very friendly. The price was also very reasonable. All in all an excellent service provided and I would not hesitate to recommend the company and would certainly use them in the future.

We had a double glazed door that would not unlock. We phoned in the evening and arranged a visit for the next day as he was working in our area that. He arrived promptly the next morning, immediately diagnosed the problem. He carries extensive replacement parts so was able to rectify the problem on site. His work area is very tidy, scrupulously clean and his manner and attitude is very professional.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to others and would certainly use him for any future work.

Tim and Keiran replaced our broken front door handle. They also adjusted and serviced our other doors and windows. Worked around my husband who was working from home. All doors and windows much improved.
