Shoezone

We visited Shoe zone in order to kit our granddaughter out with school shoes. She takes an adult 4 which can be a problem, adult size, kids taste in styles, but we found not one pair but two that she 'loved.' The shoe prices are very good and bearing in mind that she is likely to play football with the boys, more expensive shoes would get ruined just as quickly as cheaper ones, we bought both pairs. There was a good variety of shoes at various prices and the staff, whilst not in your face, were approachable and found a pair of shoes in her size that weren't out on the shop floor. The majority of mothers buying their kids shoes were still masked up and social distancing was still taking place.

I buy some lovely brown leather ankle boots,so comfortable.,good prices,some nice footwear for girls and boys.

I went last weekend to get my son some new school shoes, it was like a ghost town, there was only one member of staff but lots of customs. The one member of staff was very helpful and there was some options of shoes. I would go back if they got more staff.

After some boots for my granddaughters birthday. Had none in her size in store, the assistant couldn't have been more helpful, looking on line showing her pictures, letting her pick the ones she liked ordering them in for next week, paid in advance but can get full refund if they dont fit or she doesn't like them. Great job thanxs

Unfortunately I have size 12 feet with the left foot wider than the right. Therefore finding the right comfortable shoes at an affordable price can be a nightmare. Having trawled various other shoe shops, I found what I wanted at Shoezone. Very pleased with the two pairs of casual shoes that I bought at a very good price.

I want to Thank Hannah in Martlesham store who was so helpful when my 5yr old autistic son was having a meltdown in store 2 days ago. Hannah went to find the Size I needed and helped to calm my son. We even managed to swop the size 12 for size 13 and he was none the wiser! He ended up very Happy with his new school shoes. Thank you very much

I wanted to leave a review, specially as my son is being treated with a clubfoot. After trying to get a appointment with Clark's and having a very unhappy, stressed assistant on the phone who put me off going there at all. I called shoe zone for advice on measuring my sons feet hes only 16months old. The lady I spoke to was lovely and so helpful. She said she may not have something to fit his feet but more than happy me for to go in to check the size of his feet ect. Being his club foot is also smaller than the other. She was great with us and very patient. And to make the situation even better we found a pair of shoes for him. I was also shocked by how cheap the shoes were, as when it comes to my childrens feet money isnt a concern. I had never been there before and certainly will go back.

Really pleased with Shoe Zone. Had a great selection of boots which I wanted a pair off. Didn't have my size in the boots I wanted so asked the assistant and she very happily got me a pair out the back. Shall get all my footwear from there in the future.

Went in the Martlesham Heath store today and was served by Peggy. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I do not enjoy shopping, but Peggy made my visit a pleasure.
