Brilliant service, top lads always go the extra mile to make sure your happy, highly recommend!

We had very high hopes but let down significantly.Walked in today with my partner and 3 boys. Not one member of staff greeted us, which I thought fair enough because they were busy cutting hair at the time. But while we were waiting to be seen to, other customers walked in & these customers were then served before us with no explanation at all.My partner pointed out the sign for bookings so we assumed that these customers had already booked in advance, we completely understood that if people have booked then they will be seen first, but what I don't understand is why not one member of the staff explained this to us on our arrival or even when they were taking those customers first & given us a rough waiting time. We were sat for almost 2 hours in total, the guy who did serve us would only cut our older 2 boys hair (5&9), which again I can understand but now we have to take our youngest (2) somewhere else. My partner got fed up so he didn't have his cut either. Poor customer service and not very welcoming to walk in customers if I'm completely honest. We left very annoyed and frustrated, the kids have asked to not go there again as they didn't feel comfortable themselves, especially with all the vaping in the shop from both customers and staff.Thankyou to the guy who did cut my older 2s hair but unfortunately we will not be returning again.

Nice place but poor quality of service.I spent up to 15 min to see how someone straggling to learn how to make his job properly. Patetic. Your answer tries to be arrogant, maybe because you want to look intelligent. You use words, but it is important to say something when you use it.

Poor, sat today for over 40 mins then left. One barber stopped and put his feet up watching videos on his phone laughing. Then another stopped and went outside for 5 mins before bringing in a group of 3 lads. They all had a laugh for a few mins before jumping the queue and going straight into the chairs. Regular customer lost.

My step boys (13 and 10) always love having their hair cut here, they have been to many other barbers but this is their favorite. One of the lads used to hate having his hair cut but since going here, he actually laughs and smiles while having it done and today even wanted his done first! He used to hold it off as long as possible, even if it was just until after his brother had his done!We always book via the Booksy app as it stops the waiting times.

We visited today for the first time for my sons for his “back to school” cut. My son is almost 7 and has ASD and is very sensory sensitive so he absolutely haaaated getting his hair done, begging and crying, squirming and trying to take the cape off.BUT Kris did a great job, he was really patient and didn’t make us feel like a burden which unfortunately a lot of places do.Now we’re home and Jack loves his new haircut, hopefully next time we won’t traumatise the rest of the shop!Thank you so much guys.

The young man with the long curly hair gave me a lovely haircut and i will be definitely visiting again

Trim was done quickly and came out clean, would recommend the skin fades highly!
