Tables and chairs dirty, people making coffee sometimes have no clue what they're doing. Service is extremely slow, but maybe it's due to them being understaffed. They're is only one young gentleman whos extremely polite and apologetic, which makes it better. Otherwise would be a 1 star for everything.

I'm absolutely appalled by the low level of customer service in this store. I try not to complain being I'm in retail myself and I know the stresses and frustration behind it. However, basic manners go along way, and today there was none! Arrived with quite a big que, as it's usually a busy little store. I got to the till and was greeted by a very miserable lady who was serving. I didn't catch her name but she was an older lady. There was no apology for the wait, and she was very abrupt. This lady is like this every single time I go in. Busy or quiet, you can tell she very much does not want to be there.The young lad was doing his best with keeping up with the drinks. Thankfully, another staff member came out of the back to try and speed things along. I was in there for around 15-20 mins from start to end. Service was fairly slow, to be expected being busy. But not having any apology for waiting or even communicating amongst themselves to know who's order is what, was very frustrating. I doubt myself or my family will be returning.

Definitely one of the better Costa shops, service is friendly and fast, nicely designed seating area providing a nice atmosphere to enjoy your coffee.

Food and drink were ok but the two women serving on Sunday 30th October were so incredibly miserable!! Whinged to every single customer they were short staffed! Listen Karen" that's not our problem

I really like this place. It made me respect it even more so since I had such a poor time in Starbucks today. I'm going back again to Costa to enjoy a frappe :)

Lovely little Costa coffee shop. Tucked in just behind the hight Street at Wotton basset. Clean and tidy as they often are. I had a plesent visit with my teenage son on a quiet Sunday afternoon.
