I can't thank Vale staff enough for everything they have done for Jess, who sadly passed away on Friday. Everyone is so compassionate & welcoming. We have been coming since Jess was a puppy & was injured in a road traffic accident, they saved her life so we were able to enjoy her for just over 14 years.She as had lots of different medical needs during that time & the care she as recieved as been brilliant. We would recommend Vale to anyone. Hopefully over time we would love another dog so we will be back! Thanks so much to all you special people from us all ❤ xxx

Brilliant service from receptionists. Very caring and informative treatment from the vet. I’ve always attended here since moving to Kidderminster 10 years ago, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Love this vets. All the staff are friendly and love the animals that come in (I bring a cat and dog who both leave feeling very loved). I love the seasonal board they have with current advice for upcoming events (like fireworks, summer grass etc). Great place!

We have been customers of Vales for some years for our Cats welfare and have had very good service.I had a bit of a scare when one of our Cats got stung by something recently. Viv, Stephen and Ange were able to help her out at short notice and put my mind at rest. Treatment and Tests were completed quickly, Thank you for your expertise.Update November 2023,Our Male Persian Cat has a painful tooth that requires some Dental work, like some cats he suffers with Stress when taken to the Vets, which is upsetting to witness.Sadly after taking Him to his appointment and signing the consent forms for the costs. We later received a call to postpone for a week, due to an emergency admission.He's a little Sad and sleepy at the moment. I will update with his progress.Latest update, He has been discharged from the vets. All is well, we have a Happy Pusscat again.Many Thanks Lisa.

Sadly had to have my 17 year old cat pts today, the staff were so considerate and compassionate. She was brought home in a beautiful box, and paw and nose prints, also some of her fur. I would never use another vet practice for my pets. Thank you for everything x
