Friendly staff. Horrible location for trucks.

We have used M Lutt & Sons for over 10 years with multiple collections/deliveries each week.Overall we are extremely satisfied with the service provided. That is not to say we have never encountered any problems, but when problems have arisen we have always found the team to be very helpful, understanding and accommodating where possible.Having used different hauliers on occasion I have to say that the service offered by M Lutt & Sons is always ranked at the top and we are very satisfied with their drivers, vehicles and team.

15/02/2017 Loseley Park, Guildford. Lorry was partially in a passing place with tail end blocking the road. Driver shouted abuse at female driver, trying to make her drive into ditch to get around the lorry. SORT OUT YOUR STAFF.

Unorganised and the staff are always complaining of poor treatment unhappy workers usually equals unhappy customers.

I worked there for a few days so far I have not received payment for the work done there. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you want to work there, I advise you against it.
