One member of staff is pragmatic and one person came across as odd and unfriendly. Ultimately, I bought what I was after but I’d rather shop somewhere I felt welcome.

I'm a newbie to crochet so I had questions as I wasn't 100% sure what yarn and hook size I needed. The lady in the shop had me sorted out in a matter of minutes so now I'm ready to go! The yarn is lovely quality and the prices are much lower than I expected. I'll definitely be back!
