Ordered online and after 2 hours of waiting we phoned to ask where it was. After phoning several times as we couldn’t get through we were then told they would make it up just now and it’s on its way. A few minutes later the food arrived, unfortunately once we got the food out of the bag, one of the meals were missing. Another meal was supposed to have lots of vegetables with prawns but was just beansprouts with prawns. Other food was pretty good but I had to share my meal with the person whose meal was missing. We left a review on their website and they removed it. Left a voicemail as couldn’t get through at all on the phone (straight to voicemail). Don’t think we’ll be seeing that meal we paid for unfortunately!

Delivery of two inedible meals. Complained to restaurant and they treated it like a joke. Complain to ‘just eat’ was their advice. Tasted as if the delivery lad had prepared it on his handlebars en route to my home. Honestly the worst tasting undercooked stale rice with stringy spongy chicken, prawns that were ready to spin , never mind turn. Two different meals with the same sauce??? What’s that all about.? City Council weights and measures notified and very interested to hear about food standard. Very poor response from restaurant phone staff.

This is our preferred Chinese takeaway. We have ordered a few times and always had food delivered quickly and hot on arrival. Their free prawn crackers are hit and miss so sometimes we’ve had too many when we’ve ordered not expecting to get any on none when we’ve thought we get them included. This is a minor glitch in a takeaway that has consistently delivered good quality, tasty food. We will definitely be back.

I've been ordering food from here since it opened and I order regularly and I must say food is absolutely beautiful but I must say the the standards have went downhill. Tonight we ordered a few dishes 1 was fried rice with noodles and it was like a tea spoon of curry sauce put over it for the size of the portion really disappointing.i understand how busy you must be but you must put customers meals first as again really disappointed with the standard

I was very excited to see the lights on in 259 Holburn Street and couldn't wait to try the menu. It did not dissapoint, really lovely food and quick delivery. Great value for set meals.
