Sunrise

So I turned up a bit tiddly to be fair but had a takeaway with loads of chips but bery little meat, was I taken advantage of? Well yes and won't be going back ever ever ever again. Bloody rubbish.

Food was cold, egg fried rice shouldn’t be white and chicken should not look it’s been boiled and spongey. Chips were cold and the pineapple chicken looked like it was the scrag ends of a chickens neck. Not impressed!!!!!!!!

Ordered a meal which was great. Should have come with free prawn crackers. Phoned to say they'd forgotten them and the guy was really rude. Tough luck basically. Told him that was poor service and that I would be putting it in a review, he didn't care. Have used many,many times always been quick service and good food but this guy's attitude means I will never use them again. No apology, no offer to give an extra bag next time, that's all it would have taken. Disappointing.

Am writing this for a friend who has had a really bad time with this take away she ordered chicken and fried rice and miniature spring roll she ended up with very white fried rice no chicken and pinaple and a big spring roll when she went back ghey took the fried rice back and gave her the chicken and pinaple which ended up in the bin as it was inedible do not bother with this takeaway !!!!

Don't order from this Chinese! The food was awful. The fried rice was white and looks like it been boiled. Chicken was rubbery and my curry was watery. Also the prawn crackers was stale! Not a crunch to them!

Ordered on Sunday night (23.10.22) for 18:30 delivery. That came and within ten minutes of tucking into our curries, my other half found three black hairs in his chicken curry and upon closer inspection of my curry, found three of the same in mine, plus an eyelash! That put me off right away. Disgusting!We phoned the outlet rightaway, explained the situation, and was told to take photos and send them by text to Sunrise. We did this straightaway and phoned the restaurant to confirm the receipt of the photos. They said to request a refund through Just eat, which has also been claimed - but not paid because Just eat need to investigate! A refund can take 2-14 days to be processed, despite the Manager of Sunrise agreeing that we should be refunded.The telephonist was belligerent and awkward, and impossible to deal with. Never again will we use this service or order from Sunrise generally.

The service was quick…but the chicken pad Thai lacked the main ingredient

Order some chow mein, rice etc and they ended up forgetting my chow mein. Spoke to someone through foodhub and they told me the restaurant would call me personally in 60 mins instead they turned up at my house just to deliver a new chow mein, didn't expect them to do that at all. The food from this place is always good and is now my no.1 takeaway

Quite a good local Chinese restaurant for delivery or collection. We went for the king prawn with ginger, and let me tell you, it was bloody delicious. I prefer to collect from this restaurant due to its quick preparation time.

Terrible experience. Wrong items delivered, items missing, argumentative and confrontational staff. THE WORST TAKEAWAY I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME.
