Brilliant service as usual from Andy. My 7 year old HP AIO Desktop was running increasingly slowly during the past couple of years. Rather than purchasing a like-for-like replacement at a cost of well over £1,000, Andy suggested replacing the old disk drive with a new solid state drive at a fraction of the cost. By cloning the old drive onto the new one, I am now enjoying the benefits of having all of my previously downloaded software, much of which I use for working from home, in a now super fast computer. Many thanks again Andy!

I have known Bright Future Comm' several years and have used them several times, recently last week, they were so speedy diagnosing a failed power pack for PC, ordering a new one which was received and fitted the next day. back and working in my home same day.In June I used them remotely for a small problem they fixed for me within 20 minutes. I've always had absolute assurance of their ability.

I phoned Andy at 10.00 am. Dropped my laptop to him at 13.30. He called me at 15.30 to say that it had been fixed. I have gone to Andy over the years because I am confident that what hen does will be excellent and at a reasonable price. He's rightfully proud of his offer.

In spite of being booked up for days in advance Andy came out to ne on a Saturday morning and tried to fix the problem. But when it transpiured that the reason i jhad no broadband was because Utikliy Warehouse had sent the bill to my old addredd all was resolved!

Excellent service. Very proactive, Andy spends time doing site visits to really know our business and set up. Andy also acted very quickly to put a smile back on an 11 year olds face who thought he had lost all his games off his laptop. An all round good egg.
