David is an exceptional jeweller who clearly loves his craft and has mastered it. We are having our wedding rings made from a meaningful family heirloom ring and David has been amazing, informing us but letting us go with our vision. The whole process has been very special and we always leave the shop feeling happy, listened to and respected.

I've had three rings resized at Firths in the last year. They went up a few sizes and yet the workmanship is flawless, you cannot see where the repair has been made. They were also very caring in answering my questions and so helpful. I'm really impressed and would not consider going anywhere else.

(Sorry in advance for the long review!!).. Firth’s has been part of our family for years! And not once, have we as a family, ever had a bad experience! However, this visit to Firth’s was that extra bit special and important to me.My Grandparents were my best friends, they were my everything. So when they passed, it was absolutely heart breaking for my family and I.. 7 years later and I still miss them as if it was yesterday.That being said, I was blessed to have been left a gold chain that my grandma wore everyday, and her old gold ring, that replicated her engagement ring. I took them to David and the team at Firth’s to see if they could fix the chain, that had snapped in 3 places, and the ring which was bent and the gold was very thin (risk of snapping). I left both of my Grandma’s pieces with David, trusting him and the team with the last I have of my Grandparents. And what a job they have done with both pieces! They are perfect! My necklace hasn’t left my neck, they replaced all the broken links and the clasp. And David managed to reshape the ring with no damage what so ever! Not only was the work done with such care and perfection, the price for doing both pieces was just incredible! BEST JEWELLERS AROUND!!! Thank you so so much Firths! I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with my Grandparents items!

Absolutely fantastic. Just picked up my partners engagement ring. It's been resized and it is beautiful. They have taken great care of it. Very very happy. The staff are lovely and friendly. Highly would recommend to people looking to resize rings and purchase jewellery. Thank you again.

Friendly, helpful and professional service from start to finish. I will undoubtedly use Firths for any future purchases/repairs and recommend them to friends. The staff went over and above in ensuring I received my eternity ring before leaving for my son’s wedding in Australia. Brilliant.
