One star for that stress!!! I book emergency appoitment for a gas engeeener. Appoitment was for 8 am till 12. In 11 am i get call they cant make it .. to start looking fpr another company. I ask them why they tell me at the last moment ?? And why i did not get other day with discount due that mistake is their. I see.. customers are not valued . I can wait 2 days in cold but i will not expect to paid full amount after i wait 2 days!

I had great service from Ellie when she answered the call and explained regarding the pricing and Timescale for the window to be fitted.It was a very quick service as this was done within 2 hours of my phonecall..I really would recommend this company

I rang this company as I was having trouble with my door. The man that answered was very polite and took all my details and told me someone would call round between 30-90 minutes. About 30 minutes later a man came and sorted out my problem very quickly. I would recommend using this company .

Booked an emergency electrician. Confirmed for last night then advised couldn't attend and rebooked before 11 I rang then moved to 11.30, then 12,then cancelled as he had an accident. Coincidence of a football match? Rubbish service. Still no power in vulnerable person home .I would give - for no service at all if possible. Overcharged centralized laziness.

The man that came out said I had a wasp nest in loft,he never went into loft to verify this.His first assumption was that someone has sprayed ant powder into ridge tile which I said it wasn't it was wasp foam,he sprayed into ridge tile,he was at my property less than half hour and I was charged £142.80 ,I asked how do I pay this his answer I have no idea,I found his attitude very abrupt. The wasps have gone from outside but I have no idea if I have any in loft.I am sorry but I cannot recommend this firm only by my experience.

The electrician they sent only flicked the trip switch as I was at work & chatged £102 for this. I got another electrician in & he found a electrical fault with a wire leading to the plug socket. I certainly won't recommend able group electrician that they sent.
