My combi-boiler stopped working and Lui arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, then purchased and fitted the part needed, even saved me money by getting a refurbished replacement. He explained the issue and was courteous and efficient. This is the 2nd time I've used Lui's services when I needed an engineer urgently and I would highly recommend him.

The best plumber I have ever come across!Lui provided exceptional customer service, was polite, on time and good value for money.I needed to solve some issues with my boiler left for me by another tradesperson, incorrectly fitted flue, plume kit fitted and fix a leak. Lui knew exactly what needed to be done, he dealt with all the issues and was on hand to help me with other issues I had, which shows his willingness to go above and beyond.What a refreshing change to meet someone with with such high morals and work ethic! Will definitely use again and share details with my whole local network.

Lui did a great job sorting out a heating system leak we had - he arrived on time, clearly explained the options and was able to problem solve on the job, to avoid having to rip up our flooring. Highly recommended, we will definitely use him again for any plumbing jobs.

Lui really saved us with a boiler replacement when ours unexpectedly broke down in freezing conditions.The turn around from first contact to job being completed was very quick. With thorough communication the whole time, and clear explanation of what products we would need to purchase, as well as giving pricing options on different boilers that would suit our home.His work was very professional, and he left no mess as all old parts and boxes were taken away.Have already recommended the company to friends.Thanks again Lui!
